The Hydrotherapy Pool at Whittlebury Hall Hotel - The Day Spa

The Whittlebury Hall Day Spa and Leisure Club is a slice of luxury tucked away in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, adjacent to the world-famous Silverstone race track.

The Day Spa at the Whittlebury Hall Hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind and I’m lucky enough to be speaking from experience, as I recently made a trip to Towcester to see what all the fuss was about!

The Day Spa has a vast range of amenities that aren’t to be missed, including a large Hydrotherapy Pool (the biggest I’ve ever seen!) surrounded by various facilities that make up the Heat and Ice experience.

The Heat and Ice experience is all about exposing your body to changes in temperature to provoke different sensations and to help cleanse your pores. The facilities include Experience Showers, Sanarium, Caldarium hot room, salt Steam Room, crystal Steam Room, Sauna and an Ice Cave and Bucket Shower (not for the faint hearted)!

The Hydrotherapy Pool is the ultimate jacuzzi experience, with multiple “pods” boasting different whirpool and jet effects.

Unforgettable treatments are available from the Whittlebury Hall Day Spa such as sensory massages, a range of facials, hot stones therapy, reflexology and luxury manicures… to name just a few!

The Day Spa uses only the best beauty therapy products for treatments; leading brands Elemis and Espa make all body treatments a truly sensational experience and Jessica provides quality products for the hands and feet.

If you opt for a Make Up Application at The Day Spa, you’ll be lucky enough to experience beautiful Jane Iredale products which are available for purchase from the beauty therapy shop (as are the Elemis and Espa ranges).

If you want pampering from head to toe, you can book in to the Hair Studio for a cut, colour or just a shampoo if you fancy!

On arrival to The Day Spa at the Whittlebury Hall Hotel, you will be provided with a robe, towel and slippers and complimentary fresh fruit and iced water are provided throughout the day.You can enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in the Terrace Cafe and a tempting range of smoothies and drinks are also readily available.

The Whittlebury Hall Day Spa has a stunning Roman inspired decor which doesn’t fail to impress. The high ceilings are painted powder blue with fluffy white clouds whilst flaming torches, columns, statues, murals and a gorgeous stone staircase also compliment the Roman theme.

The building itself is fairly modern and The Day Spa had a £4 million revamp not so long ago, so I promise you won’t be disappointed.
