Is this the new England Home Kit 2009/11?

The new Umbro England Home shirt for the 2009/11 season is to be launched on April 1st 2009.

There have been various leeks on the net about what people think the new shirt will look like, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

It’s thought that the new England Home Kit will have a lot more red and less of the traditional blue incorporated in the design.

It seems the designers have gone for simple and minimalistic (if the leaked images of the new England Home shirt are correct).

The new England Home Kit has apparently gone up in price (in comparison to the current kit) and will retail at £50.00.

The launch day of April 1st has some significance, as it’s the day England are playing against Ukraine at home in a 2010 World Cup Qualifier.

Although the images of new England Home shirt have been leaked to the media, it’s not concrete and it’s uncertain whether or not this will actually be the strip that England will wear for the 2009/11 season.

Even though the squad have apparently seen and been photographed in their new Home kit, they’ve done a good job keeping schtum about the design and general appearance of the shirt.
